Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our on-line catalogue, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on add to basket and proceed to the checkout. You’ll have the option to checkout as a guest (without registering), login to your account, or create a new account. We’ll ask you for your billing and shipping details and for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order. We have secure credit card system to accept payments. If you are shopping from outside the UK, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to your own currency. We accept Visa and MasterCard but unfortunately we cannot accept American Express, JCB, or Diners Club cards.
Delivery
We send all orders under 2kg in weight on a first class postal service via Royal Mail. Our UPS courier will deliver all orders over 2Kg and a signature will also be required. We can request that your parcel is left with a neighbour, however Jessica Laura Organics Ltd wont be held responsible in anyway if the parcel goes missing.
Receiving Your Order (UK)
We aim to send all orders to you promptly on a first come first served basis. However at bust periods we ask for your patience, as orders may take slightly longer to be dispatched and delivered. You will receive an email notifying you of when your products are on their way to you. Please allow at least 14 days for First Class delivery, although as a rule we find parcels arrive much sooner than this. This is the amount of time we must allow before we can track and report it as missing.
Receiving Your Order (International)
We aim to send all orders to you promptly on a first come first served basis. However at bust periods we ask for your patience, as orders may take slightly longer to be dispatched and delivered. You will receive an email notifying you of when your product(s) are on their way to you. Please be advised that international orders sent to countries outside of the UK, may take up to 28 days to be delivered. In our experience international orders arrive much sooner than this, but this is the amount of time we must allow before we can track and report it as missing.
Refunds
We honour your right to change your mind. If you order products that you have not yet opened and wish to return for a refund please note that these must be unused and in a re-sellable condition. Please contact us via our online form to notify us of your intention to return a product and we will advise the correct returns address for you to send the product back to. Please be aware that we do not refund postage costs. Please allow up to 14 days to receive your refund.
Problems with your order
If you have any issues with your order, this must be reported to us within 24 hours of delivery via our contact form. We aim to rectify issues promptly and thank you for your patience. We usually ask you to send a photo of the product that you have received or of the error that you wish to report.
Tax Charges
We welcome orders from overseas. Place your order and create an account with us. You may order online as described above. Please note that any customs / import charges that are imposed on orders are the responsibility of the customer and not of Jessica Laura Organics Ltd.
Credit Card Security
All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128-bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.
Privacy Policy
Jessica Laura Organics Ltd, does not disclose buyers' information to third parties. Cookies are used on this shopping site to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart once you have selected an item. You can disable cookies by following the instructions in your web browser, although if you do this parts of our web site will not work for you and you will have to do more manually. Please note we never pass any of your details or cookie information on to third parties.
Discount Vouchers and Promotions
When running promotions on the Jessica Laura Organics Ltd website, we reserve the right to prevent the use of additional discount codes / vouchers. Products within promotions cannot be purchased in conjunction with any other offers. There is only a limited amount of stock available so once it's gone, it's most certainly gone!
