How to return a superfood skincare product within 30 days of purchase

At Rawgaia it is essential to us that you are fully satisfied with your purchase.

If for any reason you are not satisfied and would like to send a product back to us within 30 days of purchase, then please read on to find out how you can do this....

• Please fill out our contact form to inform us that you would like to return a product. Please let us know your order number in the message and state which product you would like to return. We will then reply with the correct address to send the product back to.
• Please wrap your product securely for shipping, ideally re-using the packaging that your product was shipped to you in. Please use additional packaging if necessary because products need to be in a fully re-sellable, unopened condition. We can not be held responsible for products that are damaged in transit when sending from your address to us.
• Please send the product back to the address using a Signed For service as we can not be held responsible for products that go missing in the post when you are returning an item to us.
• Please inform us if you would like to exchange this product for another product.
