WHAT HAPPENED TO RAWGAIA?

Welcome back to Rawgaia. We are finally back open open online with a limited amount of skincare products. We've been working really hard behind the scenes since February to bring our award winning superfood skincare products back, following an absolutely devastating commercial fire that took out the whole three floors of our building.
.
I am happy to share that we now have very limited levels of stock from our core ranges available. We don't know when more will be available at this stage. We are working hard to get back into proper production, but we are faced with challenges. So please purchase what you need for the foreseeable future. All products are good for a year after they have been opened, so can be stored for future use in a cool, dark place.

We have received thousands of amazing, loving and supportive messages from our loyal customer base. Sorry that I could not reply to each of you, but I did read every single one, and was moved by all of your kind words.

I know many of you are wondering what happened to Rawgaia and what damage was done...
.
When I arrived at the fire scene a few hours after the fire had been put out (it took over 6 hours and fire engines from 5 different districts to put out), there was nothing but ashes (within the shell of a very badly burnt outer building).
.
Yep, we lost everything all stock, glass, packaging, ingredients, equipment, computers, electronics, office equipment and supplies - literally every singe thing had burnt in the fire.
.
Every room in the building had been completely destroyed. Our beauty kitchen had vanished along with our office, packing room, shower room, and staff kitchen. Our stock storage area where all the Rawgaia products were kept nice and cool and ready to ship out to you guys were no longer there - just a heap of hot black ash.
.
Over a decade of hard work had disappeared before my eyes, literally over night.
.
As myself and my two kids stood there staring at the wreckage, with the police and surveyors just gazing at the smouldering building with us, as thick black smoke puffed out into the morning sky, one of my boys asked me what was I was going to do about Rawgaia.
.
I told him that there was nothing left to do, other than to come back bigger, stronger and better than ever before!!
.
