I'm so super excited about raw foods and detox after I was healed from being incredibly sick with bed-bound Chronic Fatigue Syndrome at 18yrs of age. I went on to run the London Marathon soon after my recovery in just over 4 hours to celebrate all the energy I was experiencing for the first time.
As a Nutrition Consultant I'm always being asked about the raw food diet and how to effectively detox the body for more energy and better skin.
So I've put together a 1 day raw food challenge called Raw For 24, which guides you through one full day of eating raw, vegan plant foods.
What to expect from my awesome 1 day raw food challenge?
This is a relatively simple challenge and the perfect opportunity to kick start a healthy eating regime, fat loss plan or just enjoy a day of amazing raw plant foods!
You can do this challenge in your own time, whenever it best suits you.
