One of my very quick and easy raw food recipes that literally takes about 1 minute to make, and about 10 seconds to eat! ;)
.
.
You will need:
  • 6 dessert spoons of organic raw cacao powder (you can used cooked cocoa, but it won't be half as healthy)
  • 2 big dessert spoons of smooth peanut butter (I like the Whole Earth brand the best)
  • 2 teaspoons of vanilla extract
  • 1 ripe avocado
  • 1/2 cup of plant milk (I used rice milk for this as I didn't have any almond / cashew milk made)
  • 1/2 cup of natural sweetener (I used Coconut Blossom Syrup from Biona, but you could use date syrup, agave or honey)
  • a few pinches of rock salt

.

Method

Add all of the ingredients in your power blender and blend until you get a medium thick mousse consistency. Taste for sweetness and add more sweetener if needed. Blend again and then serve. Enjoy in the sunshine, whilst the flowers blow in the breeze and the butterflies dance around you.

Love from,
